Born in Tübingen in 1972, Clemens Schick has appeared nationally and internationally in over 50 television and cinematic productions since 1996. He first gained international attention in Daniel Craig’s 007 debut performance in Casino Royale (2006).

Further cinematic features include the French action thriller Largo Winch II (2011); Andreas Prochaska’s Alpine western The Dark Valley (2014); the drama Futuro Beach (Praia do Futuro, 2014) with Narcos star Wagner Moura; the holiday hit 4 Kings (2015); the remake of Point Break (2015); the German science fiction film Silent Reserves (Stille Reserven, 2016); and the French-American co-production Overdrive (2017), where he plays the antagonist to Scott Eastwood and Ana de Armas. He was seen in his first romantic comedy in the TV movie Treffen sich zwei (2016), with Nicolette Krebitz.

Upcoming films include the German cinematic movie Kidnapping Stella with Jella Haase and Max von der Groeben (2018), as well as Renegades (2018) produced by Luc Besson about a Navy Seals unit on a treasure hunt in Bosnia.

45-year-old Clemens Schick graduated from the School for Acting (Schule für Schauspiel) in Berlin, his adopted hometown. From 1996 to 2007, he worked under a theater contract, performing in works such as Hedda Galber (Schauspielhaus Hamburg), Richard III (Schauspiel Hannover), Jedermann (Salzburger Festspiele), Fucking & Shopping (Schauspielhaus Vienna), Howie the Rookie (Schauspielhaus Zürich), and Die Nacht kurz vor den Wäldern (Berliner Festspiele).

With the solo piece Windows, Schick performed in Afghanistan for soldiers of Germany’s Bundeswehr.
